Project Concept Located in the fast-paced metropolis of Shenzhen, this 140㎡ residence is a study in "subtractive luxury." The design strips away the superfluous to reveal the purity of space, light, and high-end texture. Design Highlights The interior features a sophisticated monochromatic palette, where matte white surfaces meet warm architectural shadows. Key highlights include a series of invisible storage systems that double as wall panels, maintaining a clean, uninterrupted silhouette. The open-plan layout creates a fluid transition between zones, emphasizing the "Quiet Luxury" aesthetic that defines modern Shenzhen living.
