Kris Wu founded COZI after seeing the same pattern across overseas cabinetry projects: dealers, interior designers, contractors and project buyers often had sales opportunities, but their backend supply chain was not always stable enough to protect the project.

A project can look profitable at the start, then lose margin through unclear quotations, material disputes, late changes, poor packing, missing parts, installation confusion or after-sales responsibility that was never defined properly.

COZI connects China's manufacturing capacity with a more controlled project process: design review, quotation structure, material verification, design lock, production QC, packing records, export documentation and market-specific installation or handover support.

Malaysia is the first core market, with Thailand as another installation-supported market. Other regions are approached by stage: supply-only, partner-led, compliance-first or large-project review depending on risk, local installation capability and commercial fit.
