Design Services
Project Review / Design Work Already Started
Once project review, design work, material review, drawing work or quotation preparation has started, any refund is handled according to the written scope and work already completed.
Client Cancels After 50% Deposit Paid
If you cancel after paying the 50% deposit but before final delivery, Cozi will deduct the cost of work already completed (calculated at our standard hourly rate). The remaining balance will be refunded within 14 business days.
Cozi Late Delivery — Up to 7 Days Late
If Cozi delivers your project up to 7 days past the agreed deadline, we automatically apply a 10% discount to your final balance payment. No action required on your part.
Cozi Late Delivery — More Than 7 Days Late
If Cozi delivers your project more than 7 days past the agreed deadline, you may request a full project refund. Refund will be processed within 14 business days of your request.
Out-of-Scope Revisions
Revision fees or additional work fees are non-refundable once the additional review, drawing or revision work has begun.
Furniture Export
Cancel Before Production Starts
If you cancel before factory production begins, 50% deposit will be refunded minus a 5–10% processing and administrative fee. Refund processed within 14 business days.
Cancel After Production Has Started
Once production has started, the deposit is non-refundable. Raw materials have been purchased and production costs have been incurred. Cozi will provide photo evidence of production progress upon request.
Quality Issue Discovered on Receipt
If you discover a quality defect upon receipt, you must report it within 48 hours with photo and/or video evidence. Cozi will ship free replacement parts within 15 business days. For major defects affecting functionality, we will conduct a full assessment and provide an appropriate remedy (repair, replacement, or partial refund).
Client Measurement Error
If incorrect measurements were provided by the client and were not verified by Cozi's design team, the cost of re-production is borne by the client. Cozi is not liable for measurement errors not verified by our team. We strongly recommend our 3D design review service to catch measurement issues before production.
Malaysia / Thailand Installation-Support Balance
For Malaysia or Thailand projects where installation support is explicitly agreed, any final balance, sign-off process and responsibility boundary will be stated in the project agreement. Countries outside those service areas are normally supply-only unless separately agreed in writing.
General Terms
All refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For wire transfers, bank processing fees may apply.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
