COZI can provide instructions, cabinet numbering explanation, WhatsApp support and installation sequence suggestions.
If installation is not handled by COZI or a COZI-arranged installer, COZI does not take responsibility for installer-caused damage.

Site conditions
Uneven walls, uneven floors, incorrect electrical or plumbing positions and unsuitable site conditions are handled by the customer or Supply Partner.
Installer-caused damage
Handled by the installation party when installation is not done by COZI or a COZI-arranged installer.
Changes after Design Lock
Any change after Design Lock requires requotation and timeline reconfirmation.
Final written confirmation
Delivery timeline, material confirmation, warranty terms and service scope must follow COZI final written confirmation.

Confirm before production
Before production starts, the project must go through Design Lock. After Design Lock, any change may affect cost, production timeline, delivery schedule and installation arrangement.

Delivery and Installation Support
Installation may be handled by COZI, the partner installer or COZI remote guidance.

COZI provides supply, design support, production, packaging, installation guidance and after-sales support according to the confirmed project scope and responsibility rules.
Taxes, duties, customs clearance, SST, local service tax and compliance obligations will be handled according to the final transaction structure and Malaysian regulations.
Unless clearly stated in the quotation, taxes, duties and compliance costs are not automatically included.
